Middle Street, Sullivan's Island

This collaboration with Beau Clowney Architects helped breathe new life into a Sullivan's Island Historic landmark home making it a perfect family beach house. The unusable attic space was transformed into a beautiful living space with the addition of a large shed dormer which also increased the total square footage and value of the property. The addition of an elevated swimming pool made this the perfect summer playground for the clients. The clients were so pleased with the outcome of this project that they later decided to do a second project with the Sea Island Builders’ team.
