Sullivan's Island “Coastal Cottage”
This traditional 1920's Sullivan's Island Cottage was renovated in just under 4 months based on a Beau Clowney design. Renovating the interior living space included taking an unfinished attic with low ceilings and transforming it into a functional living room with high ceilings and a bathroom. An attached above-ground pool is a great addition as well. Many structural elements of the house had to be strengthened and the new construction seamlessly mirrors the old.
Sullivan's Island “The Hearth”
There's nothing as warming as a winter fire. The owner's of this Sullivan's Island home had a vision and wanted it accomplished quickly. Beginning with no plans, we worked together from hand sketches and drawings to layout, design, and build this grand hearth. This project features back to back woodburning fireplaces. The heat from the stove can be used to heat multiple rooms throughout the house, including the owner's office on the second story. The new high impact window in the kitchen illuminated the space and after refinishing the floors, the entire home feels new. This project was completed in 2 months and the home was livable throughout.
Custom Office Renovation
This highly detailed office upfit was completed in 2009. The project began as an empty shell with concrete floors and walls. The space was transformed into a warm office facility with many of the design characteristics of a fine custom home.
Mount Pleasant Addition
This whole house renovation transformed an outdated 1971 ranch into a modern stylish home. The project consisting of new cypress flooring, new interior millwork and doors, a 1000 SF add s floor addition with a custom kitchen and a spacious master suite was completed in 4 months.
West Ashley Master Suite Conversion
This renovation transformed 2 small bedrooms and an adjoining bath into a grand master suite. The happy owners now enjoy a large master bedroom with his and her walk in closets, a luxurious master bathroom with a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, seperate water closet, dual vanities, and custom cabinetry.
