As veterans of the hospitality industry, we feel right at home completing high end commercial construction and renovation projects. Not only has our group been building hotels since 1985, including eight Marriott properties between 1997 and 2005, but we have also managed and regularly updated the same hotels. Recently, we've renovated several luxurious, customer-oriented public spaces, guest rooms and suites for hotels in the Carolinas. We apply the principles learned in the hospitality industry to transforming spaces for other industries as well.
Sea Island Builders understands the importance of creating commercial spaces that serve both the employees and the customers who will use them. We often draw on our vast experience to offer design ideas to accommodate the needs of both of these groups. We can work from plans your architect provides, or we can recommend one of the Charleston area's finest architects for your project.
