This home is an inhouse design-build project showcasing the talents of architect Anita King. The clean lines of both the interior and exterior of the home reflect their modern tastes and lifestyle. The earth tone paint scheme of the exterior allows the architectural detailing of the mitered siding and bracketry stand out in form rather than distracting with color contrasts. The rear of the home has an elevated modern pool with hot tub flanked by large sliding doors to the Master Bedroom and Living Room.

The modern aesthetic continues inside the home in the minimal door and window trim and monotone paint schemes. The kitchen, living, and dining area share a large space adorned with cypress ceilings and beams. The modern fireplace with cast stone surround is matched by the large plaster hood above the range. Large windows and sliding doors give ample light to the space as is a common theme throughout the home. The moody grey butlery leads to the highly detailed dining room with walls and ceilings wrapped in cypress along with matching windows providing light, warmth, and softness.

The master suite is located on the main floor as well with his and hers closets and a spa inspired bath complete with double shower and freestanding tub inside the wet room.
